Energy levels consistently up Review by tufty

For about 11 years I have tried to solve my low energy levels which led me to believe that I had some form of chronic fatigue and needed to rest but even that didn't really help that much and I would struggle to get through the week at work let alone go out at the weekend or do some sort of sport. I ordered some Beta Alanine and took 2 or so a day with meals but didn't notice any difference in energy after a few weeks so I left them in the cupboard. Then I re-read the instructions on the website to take them BEFORE a meal. What a difference! Almost from day one my body has responded with more even and consistently higher energy. I take 3 a day now split over am/noon/pm and am truly grateful for it as energy drinks were giving me the jitters and I can't tolerate coffee. I even take one first thing on a Sunday morning with a small amount of carbohydrate and I can do a 30 minute kettle bell training session which makes me feel great. Now I still get tired by the end of a long week but I'm in much better shape than before and can still function and do a good job and go out at the weekend a bit more.
