Returns Information

Customers who wish to return their products should do so by sending the unopened tubs to FREEPOST, Eladon Ltd , PO Box 111, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 1ZB within 3 months of purchase.

Please contact us first to advise of your wish to make a return stating which products you wish to return. Please include a copy of your sales receipt where available.

Shipping is not refundable. Return shipping is free providing the FREEPOST address is used.

Customers will receive their refund by cheque or credit card refund once the unopened tubs are received in satisfactory condition. A credit can be posted to the customers account if preferred. In the case of multi tubs being returned customers will be refunded at the reduced unit price.

If possible original packaging should be used or other suitable methods. If preferred Eladon Ltd will send suitable packaging for the return of the product.
