Discovered over a century ago, Beta Alanine (BA) is a nonessential amino acid that combines with L Histidine to form Carnosine.
Beta Alanine is found in our diet in protein rich foods such as chicken, beef, pork and fish. However, foods alone are said to be an insufficient source - especially for high performance athletes.

Each capsule of Eladon's high potency Beta Alanine contains 625mg active ingredient.
We recommend 1-3 capsules to be taken in split doses at regular intervals during the day. For best results take Beta Alanine before a meal (or Carbohydrates) and preferably before exercise.
